Welcome to Pixel Pro Shopify Agency. By engaging with our services, you agree to be bound by the following terms and conditions. These terms apply to all clients, visitors, and others who access or use our development and SEO services.
1. Service Engagement
Pixel Pro Shopify Agency provides technical Shopify solutions including but not limited to store development, Liquid coding, SEO optimization, and bug fixing. Engagement begins once a project scope and initial payment (if applicable) are confirmed.
2. Client Responsibilities
To ensure project success, the client agrees to:
- Provide timely access to Shopify admin via the Collaborator Request system.
- Supply necessary brand assets (logos, copy, images) required for the build.
- Review and provide feedback on project milestones within agreed timelines.
3. Payment Terms
Service fees are based on the specific project scope. We require:
- Agreement on total project cost before work commences.
- All payments are to be made via agreed methods (Stripe, PayPal, JazzCash, or Bank Transfer).
- Project handovers and final file transfers occur only upon receipt of the final balance.
4. Intellectual Property
Upon final payment, the technical ownership of the custom code and store layout is transferred to the client. However, Pixel Pro Shopify Agency retains the right to display the project in our portfolio and case studies unless a non-disclosure agreement (NDA) is specifically signed.
5. Service Boundaries & Liability
While we strive for technical perfection:
- Third-Party Apps: We are not responsible for the performance or billing of third-party Shopify apps.
- Platform Changes: We are not liable for store issues caused by sudden Shopify API updates or platform-wide changes.
- Post-Launch: We provide a 7-day support window for bugs related to our custom work. Ongoing maintenance requires a separate support agreement.
6. Project Termination
Either party may terminate the project with written notice. In the event of termination, the client is liable for payment of all work hours completed up to the date of notice.
7. Governing Law
These terms shall be governed and construed in accordance with the laws of Pakistan, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.
